Rationale
This slide uses the "duality view" pattern from our welcome site — showing the consumer and partner dashboards side-by-side with real screenshots. The visual contrast instantly communicates the two-sided platform architecture. The MCP strip at the bottom signals that ShrineAI is accessible as a tool inside ChatGPT, Claude, and Slack — not just our app.
Talking Points
- Left side (The Shrine) — This is what your customer sees — and what non-customers see too. The AI companion works for anyone who discovers a protocol: they can purchase everything they need through your Shopify store without ever visiting your website. For existing customers, it tracks protocols, automates refills, and builds daily adherence habits. It is both a top-of-funnel sales channel and a retention engine.
- Right side (The Lounge) — This is what you see. Real adherence data per protocol, retention signals at 30/60/90 days, and anonymized consumer feedback that surfaces product intelligence you can't get from reviews.
- The data flows both ways — Consumer engagement feeds your dashboard; your protocols feed The Shrine. It's a virtuous cycle: better protocols → better adherence → better data → better protocols. And every protocol interaction is a commerce opportunity — the AI suggests products, processes purchases, and triggers refills through your store.
- MCP integration — ShrineAI is available as a tool inside ChatGPT, Claude, and Slack via MCP (Model Context Protocol). Your customers can talk to their wellness companion wherever they already spend time — not just in our app.
Anticipated QA
- Q: What is MCP?
A: Model Context Protocol — an open standard from Anthropic that lets AI assistants connect to external tools. We expose ShrineAI as an MCP server, so any compatible chat app (ChatGPT, Claude, Slack) can access your customer's protocol data with their consent. It's like OAuth for AI tools.
- Q: Is The Shrine white-labeled?
A: On the Enterprise tier (custom pricing), yes — full white-label. Growth tier ($499/mo) uses Syntropy branding but your brand and products are front-and-center in the consumer experience.
- Q: What does "anonymized feedback" mean?
A: Consumers can opt in to share product feedback through ShrineAI conversations. We strip PII and surface sentiment + product insights in The Lounge. It's product intelligence you can't get from reviews alone — real usage context, not post-hoc opinions.
- Q: How many chat platforms are supported?
A: Currently ChatGPT, Claude, and any MCP-compatible client. Slack and API integrations are available for Enterprise tier. We're platform-agnostic — the protocol is open.
